We are praying for Mallory to receive a Christmas miracle that she gets off the ventilator and can breath on her own. She is so strong and will recover from this terrible illness.  God, please please please heal Mallory. She has been through so much and she needs you.

I want you all to know that I"m praying for mallory. It breaks my heart to read all that she"s going though. She"s such a great girl and you guys are such a great family. I"m so sorry that this is happening. I pray God will not only heal her but give you guys strength as well. I"ll tell other prayer warriors I know to remember her in prayer also. hang in there and know that there are so many people out there that care for mallory and they"re all praying for her.

We tried every way we could to send them a letter telling them what we thought of their cancellation policy! We could not get it to go through no matter which one of their addresses we used!  People sure need to know what kind of people they are dealing with!!!!!!!!!

We think it is absolutely deplorable,that they won"t give a refund to a person so sick that they are in I.C.U.  I hope lots of people hear about them and they go bankrupt!

They sure have a lot of addresses at their site!

Lisa thank you for informing us of the situation with Priceline.com.  While caring & praying for Mal you should not have to deal with such nonsense.  I just wanted to let you know we are praying for Mal & supporting you in the boycott of Priceline.  Here is a copy of the letter I sent to Priceline:

Dear Madam & Sirs,
I have found out about a situation that deeply disturbs me.  A young lady named Mallory Smith had booked a trip to Ohio through Priceline.com. Since that booking she has become critically ill and has been hospitalized while fighting for her life.
Her father Mike Smith contacted your customer service representatives speaking with three of them over about an hour.  He explained the situation and asked that a voucher be issued for the total amout of the booked trip to be used at a later date.  (It is my belief that this was a reasonable request as I would have requested a total refund due to the circumstances.)  Mr Smith was offered a voucher for only $150 while charging him a $230 cancellation fee.  This is ridiculous!
Until this situation is rectified I will boycott Priceline and advise all my friends and family to boycott Priceline.com (this includes posting this on Facebook & Twitter.
I sincerely hope that you will take into account the situation & resolve this issue appropriately.

I"m so sorry you are having such a rough time.  I have some idea of how much your parents worry - my 35 yr old son has brain cancer.  Right now he"s doing good.

I hope your fighting spirit will prevail, & you will soon be traveling on that road to full recovery.

  I just wanted to let you know that I have been following Mallory"s story.  Even though I don"t personally know her I know of her through mutual friends.  I am also a transplant, kidney of 11 years.  I was outraged to read about the cost of cancelling her trip especially under the circumstances. Mallory when you get better you are going to have so much to read.  God is so good and He has given you many many friends and people who have never met you but are praying for you like they know you.  We thank our God for all of these people. Sorry that I haven"t left you a note lately...been out of commission and haven"t been able to get on the pc. Had to finally have shoulder manipulation surgery on this stupid ole shoulder that wouldn"t behave. Going to PT and working on getting it back to normal.

Now it"s time for you to get better!!! Want you to keep being strong and help that body fight off those infections. We all know you can do it!

We went to Amber"s last weekend and took Jace to see Santa....he didn"t even cry. Just turned his head around and looked at him...LOL  It was so cute!
