Hi Mallory!

I have heard some really wonderful and super inspiring things about you Miss Mallory!  I work for the American Liver Foundation Home Office in New York City.  I would love the opportunity to meet you and do an interview.  I would like for you to be "the Face" of ALF in January 2009.  I will do all that I can to share your story with the world to help inspire others that are going through a similar journey!

I just read that you are not feeling super hot right now... so take your time and call me when you are! I"m not going anywhere! I"m anxioius to speak with you.  Jennie and Katherine at the ALF Georgia Chapter have been telling me so much about you!

I will pray that you are feeling better soon!

Your smile is contagious...

Hello Mallory and all,  thank you so much for the Birthday calls yesterday.   Everyone calling made me feel so good.  We are praying the numbers will continue dropping and you will get better.  We send a big Roll Tide-Go Bama and Beat those Gators.  That was an awesome win over Auburn.  We were yelling our lungs out and sending Derek lots of messages.  We love him but he needs to switch to a champion team.  I told him we were going to report him for child abuse because he was making those boys wear Auburn shirts.  HA....We love you so much.....God Bless you. Love,

Kristen

Hey Mallory,

Kristen sent me a message last night about you not feeling well.  I am sure praying your numbers go back down and you start feeling great!!!

Dave and I watched the Dawgs go down which of course he was excited about.  We then watched Bama win which of course is his team as well.  He is the one that taught Nathan to say Roll Tide.  You know that went over well with Kristen.

You need to be wooping and hollering during the big game next week, so get to feeling better real soon!

Love,
Melanie

Hi Mal,

I came across your page by searching "bama beat florida" lol.  I was really interested in your story and in many ways know how you feel.  I am a 25yr old that was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 23 in April of 06.  Starting in October of 05 here I was a senior in college and just focused on getting out.. lol.  I started having black out spells, high blood pressure (which is not in my family), hair loss, and just extreme fatigue.  I went through 2 doctors and no one could find out what was wrong with me.  I was in the doctors office 3-4 times a week for labs and no answer.  I went for my yearly check up at the gyno and that is when we found the problem.  A week after my normal check up, it came back abnormal which was odd for me.  I went back a week later and they said it just came back very mild and were going to do a biopsy.  The biopsy came back high and it was cervical cancer.  So all this time of testing and so forth, I had cervical cancer.  I went through 4 surgeries in a matter of 7 months.  I will say it was an extreme shock for me since I was so young and had so many dreams for myself.  I had this dream of getting married after college, having a family, and living a healthy life.  Now I do not live for the future of want, just for the present since you can never predict the future.  I now can say that I have been cancer free for 2yrs as of November 10th.  I do the race for the cure every year and have so much pride in being able to say I beat the battle.  I do know how hard it is to go through things so young bc I"ve lived it and still have fears.  All you can do is pray and thank God each day for the many blessings we receive.  My prayers are with you and a HUGE Roll Tide shout out! :)  God Bless!

~ Chelsea :)

Hi Mallory,

Thinking positive thoughts for your clinic numbers on Monday.  Keep doing all the doctors ask you to do and maybe a little more added to the mix.  It is important to keep those numbers at their best and then your body can do the rest.  Hey, I made a rhyme and didn"t even mean to.

I am lifting up prayers for your great-grandmother too.  She is one lucky grandmother to have you on her side.  Praising God for the good time you had with your family on Thanksgiving Day.  Praising God for your friend and the laughter you share together. I do believe laughter is "good medicine."   Sending blessings from P"Town..Diane
