Praying for these nasty bugs to go away and that no new ones are found! Sweet Mal, I am so sorry you are going through this. You"re such a wonderful and kind person, you don"t deserve this and neither does your mommy. I think of you both all the time. I know you"re going to come through this. I love you sweet Mal!

I really wanted to come see you but your mom, my mom and Kathy don"t think it"s a good idea right now. Please know that though I am not there physically that I am there in spirit cheering you on all the way! Hopefull when those bugs are gone and you"re doing better, I can visit.

Just checking in to see how God is working thru you. It is truly amazing to see how many people are praying for you and know that God hears each and every one of them. You truly are loved and have so many cheering you on. You have cheered so hard for so many others and now we have the change to cheer for you. The miracle is in the making and our God is able. I pray today that you have a good day and that everyone that surrounds you today feels Gods presence all around you.

Hey Mal,

Kudo"s to the ICU Doctor who suggested to step outside the box and call anyone and everyone - reach out and get some fresh brain cells with other doctors.

I have no doubt in my mind you will beat this - I pray every day, many times a day for you to get better. I KNOW YOU WILL - I have faith in God that he has much in your life left to do!

We love you very much and will be down tomorrow night. Praying for a stable night for you!

I only know Mallory through a mutual friend and have been following your progress daily. In my heart I hear a song titled "Holy Spirit Come Fill This Place". God is so good and his spirit lives with us each day. My prayer is that is that the Holy Spirit comes and heals you. Your doctors, nurses, staff, and everyone else at the hospital sound amazing and I ask that the Holy Spirit continues to touch them.  My prayers go to your mom, dad, Michael, and other family members who have been with you each and every day.  I am a dog lover so also pray for your two dogs at home who miss you and want you home with them.  I am going to try and attach the song for you...

Beth from NC

Only in the South do you see a beautiful prayer end with an Amen and Roll Tide!  It humbles me to be a Southern girl.

As I say my prayers tonight, they will be centered on what I have come to think of as "my two Miss Americas."  I know neither of you personally but have to come to know you from close friends and family and because you have both generously shared your lives with all of us.

By following the two of you I have found several similarities.  You are both intelligent, athletic, and brunette SOUTHERN girls; love football (go Pack and Roll Tide); are faithful Christians; have 17 as a lucky/inspirational number; have conquered two major challenges to get where you are today; and are both now faced with something overwhelming to most of us.

So, as this journey continues for "my two Miss Americas," I pray that with God"s grace you will be victorious.  You both have such amazing stories to tell so that others will be inspired to overcome whatever obstacles dare cross their paths.

Please heal Mallory so that "my two Miss America"s" can hang out a State/Bama game.

hi mallory~my daughter, robyn, 24, placed your link on facebook, and of course, i couldn"t resist, after she titled it "inspiring."

first of all, YOU, are indeed inspiring!  2nd of all, i am so very sorry for your difficulties and trials.

robyn grew up w/ a mom who has a lifelong medical anomaly.  at 54, i"ve had 300+fractures, with the expected internal hardware, residual pain & disability.

she watched me have a REALLY great, tho" challenging life.  its my prayer that you have the same.  you"re obviously becoming a pro at the challenging part.  my first fracture was @ age 2, the latest, last month.

what makes my life GREAT is my 2 daughters and son.  my husband and best friend of 31 years this past 12/29 (plus 6 11 1/2 months of dating prior to the wedding.)  my children are compassionate & empathetic.  it is a gift, that just maybe they received because i"m their mom.  we now have 2 grandsons.  life is good!

from reading your history, i know you know that already.  what i want you to be certain of is that the same is waiting in your future.  it may not be just as you pictured it before all this chaos hit, but it can be GOOD, because it is yours, and you can and will make it that way.  please feel free to contact me if and when you feel you need or want someone who "gets it" to just read/listen.

there are now two people in my family who care about you and want the best life for you.  fondly~charisse

Mallory you have to be the biggest fighter I have ever heard of. I used to transport Dr. Heffron to retrieve livers for transplants and he is an awesome doctor. I can"t remember Dr. Ram but @ Emory you can only get the best of care. God is leading these awesome doctors thru every step they are taking. And He is giving you the strength to fight all these issues. I pray so hard for you to continue the fighting. And I pray for the Lord to continue to give your family their strength. Without God in our lives we could not make it. You have so many prayers going for you it"s going to be an awesome out come. Love to you and your family and my prayers will continue.

Dear Mallory,  I think of you everytime my grandson, Jordan a senior in highschool starts talking about his college applications.  I check on you every day. Jordan is a handsome talented young man and I look at you photo and know you are just like many of his girlfriends.  I feel so sorry for you and your family and am continually hoping and praying that soon you will be well again.  You see I also know the other side of the coin that you are dealing with.  I have 4 healthy grandsons (live with all of them) 18-16-10 and 22.  But there is a but- I have a beautiful grand daughter, Molly who was born with a cancerous tumor in her liver and not expected to live.  At 13 days she had chemo, at 3 months had a resection of the tumor and at 7 months a liver transplant.  Now she is a beautiful little girl in second grade at the age of 8 and enjoys every day of life, but her portal vein is thromboses and her spleen is large and she has bleeds because of this so she is on the top of the list at Madison Childrens in WI.  We are very nervous and scared.  Just wanted you to know Mom and Dad that others that you don"t even know are with you on this journey.  It has been so long, it must seem like a life time to you and I can feel your pain.  We have been there and will be again.  Stay strong all of you  Glad you have people there to try and help and bring you meals.  If you want to follow my Molly it is caringbridge.org   access classic sight  WI  littlemissmolly  Hope to hear from you in our guest book.  I really praying that Mallory will be back to health and college very soon.  Love Grandma Sue
