Good morning MAL! I just wanted to say hello and let you know that I was checking in on you! I agree with your mom and everyone else as well, you are by FAR the strongest woman I have ever met in my life. You can make it through any and everything. Brandon and I are in Chicago and you should see the snow here, it is unreal. We constantly pray along with mine and Brandon"s family. I know you can pull through this becasue look at everything else you have. Keep fighting, I know you can get through this. I love you! :)

Hey my sweet Angel!!!

I really need to start a diary of all the things that we need to tell you about when you are well again. You just would not believe....But the most awesome of them all is watching your amazing family bond together and surround you with love and support. They are by your side day and night. They constantly encourage you and keep each other strong. I have grown so close to them and love each and every one of them. And then when David and I needed help they we right there with us....that"s a whole story in itself. They are truly amazing. You get it honestly Mallory.

I love you so much sweetie and I have such strong faith in God that he will heal you. You see, you taught me about faith and I will never lose it.

I"ll see you tomorrow night, praying for a restful night for all!

Rhonda

Lisa,

We love all of the Smiths.  You all are in our prayers and will continue to be.  Mallory is a really strong person, at least in part, due to the role model that her mother has been for her.  Hang in there and we will see you soon.

Still praying for you all... keep the faith! Wanted to share my favorite prayer/ poem with you all:

God hath not promised skies always blue,

Flowers-strewn pathways, all our lives through;

God hath not promised sun without rain, joy without sorrow, peace without pain.

But God hath promised strength for the day,

Rest for the labor, light for the way.

Grace for the trials, help from above,

Unfailing sympathy, undying love.

I hope it helps you as much as it has helped me! God bless you all! Laura (CHOA PICU RN)

Earlier this week I was telling the girls about the Wonder Twins and their powers. Remember - they would touch knuckles and exclaim, "Wonder Twins Power... activate"? Well, I immediately thought of Mallory during that moment but it was a translation of "Prayer Warriors Powers.. activate" So, let"s all touch knuckles and activate our powers! Corny, but it made me feel empowered. Keep taking care of your precious child and giving us updates.

I just had to leave a note to tell you I am praying, praying, praying hard for you!!!! God has blessed me in so many ways and I can only hope that placed in yours or your parents shoes I would be as strong. Just know you have people all OVER praying for you. Faith is such an amazing thing. God bless you and your family and I am praying hard for a fast recovery for you.
